Can I return the products?

1) Common Products, We accept returns.
2) Custom Products, we don't accept returns.

The item I received is damaged.

If the product you received is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package. Overtime, it will be artificially damaged by default. We will replace the product for free or issue a refund within 48 hours.You don't need to pay anything for this.(Refunds will be credited to your account within 48 hours of initiation.)

What should I do if the product has quality problems.

Our products have a 3-year warranty, and if the damage is caused by normal use within the warranty period, please contact us,we will send you a new one for free.

Please note that in order to avoid unnecessary trouble, please confirm the size, model, color and other information of the product before placing an order.

After you place an order, the address cannot be changed and the order cannot be canceled.
